Summary: "Better"

A story about a boy named tick whose life is turned upside down when he learns reality is not what he thought it was. The first book was good. Suspense, action and comedy. I was sure after the first book the story was going to go downhill but unlike a lot of authors Dashner was able to write a sequel that was even better than the first. I highly recommend it! The characters are all very well written.

Summary: "Fantastic and Imaginative!"

The Blade of Shattered Hope continues the riveting story of Tick and his friends, Paul, Sophia, and the other Realitants, without leaving room for a dull moment. It's a great book that continues the story of the other two. We get to meet some great folks from the 5th, and see more of Mistress Jane. I look forward to the rest of the series.

Summary: "Audio Book Review"

This review is not against the book itself but against the publisher. It appears that Shadow Mountain has decided not to continue issuing this series in the CD audio book format, like they did for the first two books. I prefer to listen to the CD audio books and this makes the third series this year where various publishers have cancelled the cd format. I guess next time I need to wait until the complete series of books is out in the CD format before I spend my money. At the least, I will now make certain that if I find an audio book that I like, I will check that it is not made by Shadow Mountian.

Summary: "Dashner Doesn't Fail to Impress"

James Dashner is a very talented author and keeps getting better with each book he releases. I love the 13th Reality series because any age can read them and enjoy them. I am 25, and find them very entertaining and not boring or childish whatsoever. Dashner does an excellent job of getting you to know the characters and really caring about them.
